Set Condition
Set when vehicle not in Park AND cruise/Autopark is not regulating AND either (accelerator pedal is >90% while in standstill hold OR vehicle enters standstill at downhill >4% grade).
Clear Condition
Clear when all set conditions are no longer valid.
