Description
This alert is reported by the ActuatorManager_R12 (AM) component when there is a GDU failure. This diagnostic reads the critical GDU registers and compares them to their expected values.
Potential Impact
EPAS reset requested will be performed at the moment when it doesn't providing assist.
Set Condition
EPAS ECU GDU device (management storage) plausilty check (value in GDU differs to the value in MCU) failed.
Clear Condition
EPAS HW failure. EPAS power cycle N times and if persists, the gear needs to be changed.
