Description
This alert is reported by the ActuatorManager_R12 (AM) component when there is a GDU failure. This diagnostic checks the voltage level between the drain/source of each MOSFET in the primary actuator path and reacts if the voltage level is higher than specified.
Potential Impact
EPAS full loss of assist.
Set Condition
EPAS ECU actuator driver hardware (MOSFETs) voltages exceed tolerated difference.
Clear Condition
EPAS HW failure. EPAS power cycle N times and if persists, the gear needs to be changed.
