Description
This alert is reported by the ExceptionHandler_TC3x (EXCH) component when there is a single-bit or multi-bit (all 1 and all 0) error in the pflash. This diagnostic is the handling of the exception thrown by the PFlash ECC when it encountered a multi-bit Flash fault.
Potential Impact
EPAS reset.
Set Condition
When PFlash ECC encountered a multi-bit Flash fault. EPAS application component ExceptionHandler detected unrecoverable memory failure (PFlash ECC fault).
Clear Condition
Perform EPAS Software update. Replace HW if the alert persists.
