Set Condition
An expected CAN message from the ICR ECU has not been received within the expected timeout, or the CAN message drop rate is too high while the ICR is CAN active. The ICR ECU is considered CAN active when VCFRONT_vehGoToSleep is 0.
Clear Condition
All expected CAN messages from the ICR ECU are being received or the ICR ECU is CAN inactive.
