Description
The Autopilot electronic control unit (ECU) detects the radar ECU is running a firmware version that is not compatible with the firmware version installed on the Autopilot ECU. May occur after an unsuccessful or incomplete firmware update, and may be resolved through a successful firmware update.
Potential Impact
Traffic-Aware Cruise Control (TACC) is unavailable. Other Autopilot features may be limited or unavailable.
Set Condition
The Autopilot ECU detects that the radar firmware cyclic redundancy check (CRC) does not return the expected result, indicating Autopilot ECU and radar ECU are not running compatible firmware versions.
Clear Condition
The Autopilot ECU detects the radar ECU firmware version is compatible with the firmware version the Autopilot ECU is running.
