Description

Potential Impact
If there is no histogram start time saved, histograms will not accumulate or save data without a valid pack birth date available.
Set Condition
The BMS is unable to read a pack birth date from the calibration block or derive one from the pack serial number on boot.
Clear Condition
The BMS reads a pack birth date. This likely requires a reboot.
