The charge port (CP) electronic control unit (ECU) detects an issue with the connected electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) that prevents charging.
Charging does not start or is interrupted.
The CP ECU detects that the EVSE has encountered an issue too many times while AC charging.
The CP ECU detects that the charge cable has been unplugged.
