The charge port (CP) electronic control unit (ECU) loses communication with the vehicle controller (VC).
Charging does not start, the CP door and latch do not actuate, and CP LEDs do not turn on.
The CP ECU does not receive all expected CAN messages from the VC.
The CP ECU receives all expected controller area network (CAN) messages from the VC.
