Description
Large Leakage can be caused by internal or external loss of brake fluid. GoodCheck is required.
Potential Impact
System will be running with internal degraded pedal map. Braking may require increased effort.
Set Condition
Plunger is not possible to build up necessary pressure in brake system. Caused by: Significant loss of brake fluid - external (broken brake pipe) or internal (seal or valve defect). Large Leakage alert is assumed if the pressure sensor shows significant lower values than expected at maximum possible plunger position.
Clear Condition
No internal issue is detected after changing operation cycle. If the condition persists after repair bleeding, the DPB module may require replacement.
