This alert is reported by the ExceptionHandler_TC3x (EXCH) component when no-reset exception occurred before the previous similar exception was reported and guarded reset was requested.

EPAS still can provide assist. MCU reset on the exception side.
Set Condition
EPAS application component ExceptionHandler detected exception ( QM partition) which causes a guarded reset.
Clear Condition
Perform EPAS Software update. Replace HW if the alert persists.
