This alert is reported by the StreamingDataStorageManager_R12 (SDSM) component when the requested BlockId for the streaming data store is invalid. Fast restart related feature.

EPAS fast restart was not possible.

Set Condition

Requested BlockId for the streaming data store is invalid.

Clear Condition

Perform EPAS Software update. Replace HW if the alert persists.
