Description
The Electronic Stability Program (ESP) electronic control unit (ECU) is not receiving messages from the left Electronic Parking Brake (EPBL) ECU on the Party controller area network (CAN) bus within the expected time frame.
Potential Impact
Parking brake functionality may be limited or unavailable.
Set Condition
The ESP ECU does not receive messages from the EPBL ECU on the Party CAN bus within the expected time frame.
Clear Condition
The ESP ECU begins receiving messages from the EPBL ECU on the Party CAN bus within the expected time frame.
