Description
PressureSensorImplausHigh The pressure sensor shows an unexpected high signal even the plunger is in rest position. A root cause can be a sensor internal failure e.g. short-circuit of inputs of measurement cell.
Potential Impact
Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) / Traction Control (TC) will be unavailable. Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) will be limited.
Set Condition
The pressure sensor shows an unexpected high signal even the plunger is in rest position. A root cause can be a sensor internal condition affecting its operation (e.g. short-circuit of inputs of measurement cell. Monitoring is active if the plunger is in rest position and no hydraulic activation is triggered.)
Clear Condition
No internal issue is detected after changing operation cycle.
