The Fast Charge (FC) Electronic Control Unit (ECU) has detected the GuoBiao (GB) adapter was unable to receive charging maximum output limit (CML) messages from Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) within 5 seconds. Message timeouts may result in the charging session not starting.

Set Condition
GB adapter does not receive CML messages from EVSE within the expected 5 second time frame, resulting in a timeout condition.
