The Fast Charge (FC) Electronic Control Unit (ECU) has detected the GuoBiao (GB) adapter was unable to receive Charger Charging State (CCS) messages from Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) within 5 seconds. Message timeouts may result in an interrupted charging session.

Set Condition
GB adapter does not receive CCS messages from EVSE within the expected 5 second time frame, resulting in a timeout condition.
