Description
The vehicle gateway (GTW) detects the rear passenger-side door control module (BCRPM) running a firmware version that may not be compatible with the firmware installed on the rest of the vehicle. May occur after an unsuccessful or incomplete vehicle firmware update, and may be resolved through a successful vehicle firmware update.
Potential Impact
Rear passenger-side door features depending on BCRPM functionality, including window, door handle, and latch functions, may be limited or unavailable.
Set Condition
The GTW detects the BCRPM running a different firmware version than expected.
Clear Condition
The GTW no longer detects the BCRPM running a different firmware version than expected.
