Set Condition
The Integrated Dynamic Brake (IDB) does not receive the EPBL_status Controller Area Network (CAN) message or EPBL_status is received with incorrect data length for longer than 1000 milliseconds.
Clear Condition
EPBL_status is received with correct data length for 1000 milliseconds.
